Provide resources to inspire learning, support teachers, and enrich education for students in Brock ISD
BROCK EDUCATION FOUNDATION PURPOSE
The primary purpose of the Brock ISD Education Foundation is to solicit, manage and distribute supplemental funds for enrichment purposes and to create a perpetual source of funds for educational programs and projects which are not within the Brock ISD budgetary guidelines and/or for which tax dollars cannot be expended. The programs funded will emphasize the Foundation’s mission to inspire and enhance education for Brock students.
GRANT AWARDS & ELIGIBILITY
Individual grants are awarded for up to $2500.
Group grants are awarded for up to $10,000.
Grants are awarded to teachers, individuals, or related support services that are directly involved in the instruction of students.
All funds will be held by Brock ISD until ordering has been completed. Any unused funds revert back to the Brock Education Foundation.
INSTRUCTIONS
Complete the required grant application online form with all supporting documentation.
Applications are due no later than September 26, 2025 at 11:59pm. Late applications will not be considered.

Teacher and campus-initiated applications must have approval from the campus principal prior to submission. All grant applications will be reviewed by the district technologist, assistant superintendent and superintendent prior to grants being awarded by the Brock Education Foundation to ensure compliance and compatibility with Brock ISD facilities and technology
SELECTION CRITERIA
The following criteria will be considered when reviewing the grant application:
Abides by eligibility, budget, and submission criteria.
Supports program, campus or district goals and contains specific and clear objectives that relate to BISD curriculum.
Increases student engagement.
Brings an innovative or creative approach to your students’ education.
Includes a concise summary and budget of the proposed grant funding.
Includes clear evaluation to report the impact or success of grant funding.
GRANT RECIPIENT EXPECTATIONS
Grant funding must be used for the purposes, as approved at the time of the award.
An update is to be given to the Brock Education Foundation detailing the impact of the grant funded/project/program within 4 weeks of the grant’s implementation or execution. Pictures, video, brief summary, etc are acceptable. Email updates to: Brock.EF@BrockISD.net
All grant-funded materials and equipment become property of Brock ISD.
